In a market where it’s increasingly difficult to find specialized tech talent, companies face recruitment processes that can last over 11 weeks. Additionally, one in three new hires leaves their position before completing a year. In this context, relying on pre-trained talent is no longer a viable option.
Xideral responded to this challenge with a bold solution: training talent from scratch, especially in regions with great potential but limited opportunities, such as the state of Oaxaca. That’s how the Salesforce academies were born—an initiative that has tangibly changed lives.
Training with purpose
Since 2019, Xideral has trained over 120 people in Salesforce. In a follow-up conducted in 2024, nearly 80% of graduates were contacted, and they shared their experiences in detail. The results not only validate the program’s impact but also show how a well-designed educational strategy can have economic, professional, social, and emotional reach.
Key figures:
64%
of respondents currently work in a Salesforce-related role.
81%
say the academy had a highly positive impact on their professional development.
+50%
Report monthly earnings between $1,650 USD and $2,750 USD or more.
+400%
Some graduates managed to triple or quadruple their salary in less than four years.
Real professional and economic growth
Before joining the academy, many participants had informal or low-paying jobs with monthly earnings ranging from $275 USD to $550 USD. After completing the program and obtaining certifications, their career outlook changed dramatically. Today, many work as Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, or architects, earning over $2,200 USD per month.
Additionally, 80% of those employed in Salesforce have held their roles for more than two years, contrasting sharply with the high turnover seen in the tech industry.
Without needing to migrate
One of the most significant findings from the follow-up is that most graduates didn’t have to move to improve their quality of life. Of the respondents, only 21% relocated to another city or country. The rest found well-paid remote jobs while staying in their hometowns, allowing them to remain close to their families.
This rootedness has been possible thanks to internationally operating companies hiring remote talent in Latin America, and to a training program focused on developing real-world skills for global team integration.
Personal and family impact
The program’s benefits extended beyond professional growth. Most participants highlighted improved work-life balance, including more time with their children, less commuting stress, and greater emotional stability.
“Now I work from home, earn much more, and I’m with my family every day.”
“Salesforce gave me financial and emotional stability—I had never had that before.”
“I’ve been able to watch my children grow without giving up my professional development.”
A multiplying effect in the community
The impact also spread to their communities. 43% said they actively promoted the academies among family, friends, or university classmates. Several people directly helped others train and access similar job opportunities.
“I promoted the academy at my university so others could have the same opportunity.”
“My remote work also supports my community’s economy.”
“Salesforce gave me a voice, gave me a place in tech where there isn’t always space for women.”
These comments reflect not just economic, but also cultural and social impact: equal access, role models, and new possibilities for those who previously had none.
Measurable results
Xideral’s Salesforce academies have proven that it’s possible to train highly competitive talent without requiring migration—improving income, quality of life, and strengthening entire communities. What began as a strategy to bridge the talent gap has become a story of professional and human transformation.
80%
of those placed in Salesforce roles have remained in those positions for more than two years.
90%
of graduates are currently employed in tech-related areas.

The cost of training talent from scratch turned out to be as competitive as hiring semi-senior talent—but with better retention, commitment, and local engagement.
